Sahalie | Public Rates and Fees
Every event is unique, and we are happy to provide you a pressure-free estimate based on your specific needs.
Amenities include day use or overnight use, daily Lodge Manager fee, post-event cleaning, dishware, glassware and flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, commercial ovens and refrigerator, commercial dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, microwaves, reasonable amounts of paper towels, toilet and shower supplies, living and dining room furniture, limited supply of chairs, 6’ tables, and highboy tables.
Affordable add-on services include:
- Limited supply of Table Drapes for 6′ long tables and cocktail rounds.
- Limited supply of Table Runners for existing dining room tables.
- Firewood for 3 indoor fireplaces and outdoor fire pit (excluding official fire bans).
- Kitchen Manager (Assistance with periodic bussing throughout venue, periodic kitchen cleaning, consistent dishwasher management). WE ADVISE YOU TO DESIGNATE YOUR CATERER TO BE IN CHARGE OF YOUR KITCHEN. We will assist, but are not responsible for cooking, prepping, or cooking clean up.
- Winter Lodge Manager and Use of Packer Machine (hauling items to/from parking area through snow).
Capacity: 100 for sit-down dining (buffet recommended), 150 for general inside/Outside use. Parties over 150 will require one or more porta-potties to protect our septic system, not included in our package.
For more informal occasions (reunions, small business retreats, birthdays, etc.) with guests who are interested in spending the night, we offer bunk-style sleeping quarters with a capacity of 80.
We have access to caterers, chefs and rental companies (tables, chairs, linen, tents) and would be happy to provide references.
Payment details
- $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking, and will be applied to the final invoice. A refundable damage deposit of $500.00, made by a credit card is also required.
- 50% deposit is due 30 days prior to your Event with the balance due 14 days prior.
Additional charges apply for guests exceeding 50 in number (for a total maximum occupancy of 150 people for day use and 80 for overnight).
Day Use Timeframe is negotiable. Overnight retreats run from noon to noon unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. For further information, please contact mountainretreatsahalie@gmail.com.
